The cuisine of seven Asian countries - India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, China and the Philippines - is on offer at Spices, and the interiors also reflect the influences of these varied cultures. The restaurant is divided into two areas: the more "formal" main dining area and the glass-enclosed pavilion, with a relaxing view of the outdoor pool and garden. Asian objets d'art, tempera paintings by Filipino expressionist master Ang Kiukok, and a tinkling marble fountain add to its charm.
