Meet The Chef Avanish Kumar Jain


One of the jewels in Spices restaurant is Indian Specialty Chef, Avanish Kumar Jain. He has taken it upon himself to please, tease and impress adventurous palates who refuse to miss out on the wide gamut of flavors that the Indian subcontinent has to offer the world.
India has approximately 25 different spices that are used regularly, giving the cook an opportunity to use his imagination while designing exotic dishes.
