Meet The Chef Phaithoon Atthasarn


One of the jewels in Spices restaurant is Thai Specialty Chef, Phaithoon Atthasarn. He has taken it upon himself to please, tease and impress adventurous palates who refuse to miss out on the wide gamut of flavors that Thai cuisine has to offer the world.
The Thais are generally healthy because of a diet consisting of herbs, spices, vegetables and nuts.
